When will I get my proofs and final prints?
Online proofs will be provided 12 to 14 days after the shoot. Unlike some studios, I digitally enhance every image that goes into your online gallery, which takes a little time. Once that time is reached your proofs will be available on the Customer Galleries, you will need your password.
Once ordered, prints are delivered in 14 to 20 days, unless there are special circumstances with your order. (Shipping to your home will add a few days.)I will call or e-mail you when the prints are delivered to me. Also, you may add a flat shipping fee of $5.00 to get your order shipped straight to your home.(Please try not to contact me before the estimated time is reached) Thank you.

What should I wear to my photo shoot?
Couples or small groups should choose simple clothing within the same tonal ranges, for a more unified look. I recommend solids. As long as all of you dress in the same toned clothing, you will look great! Your portraits should reflect who you are so make sure everyone is comfortable with the clothing choice. You may also do a clothes change.

Can you retouch photos?
Yes, that is one of the great things about digital photography. Basic retouching is done at the time the proofs are given. For instance, retouching of minor blemishes and such. If you want further retouching there is an additional charge, which varies based on the extent of retouching needed.

Does Strope Studios offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! We offer personalizied gift certificates starting at $25.00 and up. What a great way to say Congratulations, Happy Birthday or Merry Christmas! The gift certificate will be valid for 6 months and can be used towards any print purchase. (Just e-mail us the information- name & occasion)

Can I order more prints from a past photo shoot?
Absolutely, Strope Studios keeps all photos from each shoot on file so that you can reorder more pictures anytime. If your pictures are no longer online you may have to come into the studio to order these.

Can I get my order shipped to my house?
Yes, when ordering online simply add the $5.00 shipping charge (to any picture) and your order will be delivered to your home! Please allow a few more days to get your order for this service. If you don't add this item, your order will be held at Strope Studios to be picked up.
